Le Tanneur offers a 30-day return window for all leather goods and accessories to ensure your complete satisfaction with our French craftsmanship. Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and with all protective films and tags intact.
Initiate Your Return
Log in to your customer account and select the order containing the item you wish to return to generate your unique return request.
Prepare the Package
Carefully place the item in its original dust bag and box, ensuring the return form is included inside the parcel to facilitate processing.
Affix the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided in your account, then securely attach it to the outside of your return package.
Ship and Refund
Drop off your parcel at any authorized collection point; once received and inspected by our workshop, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
